When your package has been sent, we'll provide a tracking number for your order. All parcels are insured. For orders inside/outside Germany, you'll receive a tracking number via E-mail when the order has been shipped. Within Germany and Switzerland we use DHL, which both notifies the customer via me-mail- Within America, Australia, Irland and the UK we use UPS. Within the other European countries we use GLS a courier. If you have any questions after we've sent the packages to you, contact the courier with your tracking number as they're in charge from then on. Pmariestudio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit, the courier service must be contacted with the tracking number.
