When your package has been sent, we'll provide a tracking number for your. For orders outside Germany, you'll receive a tracking number via E-mail when the order has been shipped. Within Germany we use GLS or DHL, which both notifies the customer via mobile and e-mail- If you have any questions after we've sent the packages to you, contact the courier with your tracking number as they're in charge from then on. Pmariestudio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit, the courier must be contacted with the tracking number
